Founders Pete and Michael Barton

Mobilease Modular Space was established in 1996 by brothers Pete and Michael Barton, combining their expertise to redefine the modular building industry. Pete brought a decade of experience in modular construction, identifying the need for better service within the sector. Having just sold his utility trailer business, Michael invested his knowledge and resources to build the company alongside Pete. A short while later, their brother Thomas, an accountant, joined, contributing capital and financial acumen. With over 75 years of combined experience, their leadership continues to drive the business’s success.

Director of Construction

Mike Eggles has been a key part of Mobilease Modular Space, bringing expertise and leadership to the team. After he earned his degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University, he began as a Project Manager and now oversees the MMS Construction Services Division. Mike’s responsibilities include managing engineering, design, estimating, and scheduling. Throughout his tenure, Mike has managed over $75 million in modular construction, ensuring excellence in every project.

Our team of dedicated project managers brings exceptional skill and experience to every job. Liam O’Brien, who joined in 2019, specializes in modular classroom construction and leads proposal designs for educational and business projects. With over a decade of hands-on modular building experience, David Matthews ensures projects are completed on time and within budget while building strong client relationships. Rick Squires, part of the team since 2019, has managed over 50 modular building projects and brings over 25 years of diverse construction expertise.
