Shadow Isle Golf Club

Shadow Isle, an exclusive golf club in central New Jersey, was built in 2004. In the spring of `04, course officials found themselves in a dilemma—the course was complete and the members were eager to begin play, but the clubhouse was not scheduled to be completed for another two years. Course officials needed a temporary clubhouse for members until a permanent clubhouse was completed.

NNS Consolidated Trades Building

Newport News Shipbuilding (NNS), a division of Huntington Ingalls Industries, is the largest industrial employer in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the sole designer, builder, and refueler of U.S. Navy aircraft carriers. NNS is also one of two providers of U.S. Navy submarines. Originally founded as the Chesapeake Dry Dock and Construction Co. in 1886, NNS has built more than 800 ships; both naval and commercial. NNS is in the city of Newport News and is strategically positioned in Hampton Roads, one of the distinguished harbors of the East Coast.

The mission of the Mennonite College of Nursing (MCN) at Illinois State University (ISU) is to provide a quality education for professional nurses. Mobilease Modular Space worked with the ISU facilities team and DLR Group Architects to build a 9,600 sq. ft. Nursing Simulation Laboratory at MCN.

Walter Reed Medical Center

During this massive construction effort, Mobilease teamed with the world class construction team of Clark Construction and Balfour Beatty Construction to provide a temporary pediatric clinic.

Plaquemines Medical Center

In 2005 Plaquemines Parish the southernmost parish in Louisiana, found its community devastated by the effects of Hurricane Katrina. Almost all of the houses, hospitals, and schools in the parish had been completely destroyed by the hurricane.

The Overton Brooks VA Medical Center, named in honor of the former Louisiana 4th District Congressman, is located in Shreveport, LA and serves a population of over 131,000 veterans residing within its primary service area.

C&C Dental

United States Department of the Navy at Naval Station Norfolk, Virginia. Naval Station Norfolk is the world's largest Naval Station and occupies about 4,300 acres of Hampton Roads real estate on a peninsula known as Sewell's Point.

Education

Hagan Elementary

Hagan Elementary School in Williston, North Dakota is one of seven Blue Ribbon Elementary Schools in the state. The recent oil boom in the area has the Williston Public School District #1 schools bursting with students; the district's superintendent has made a rare plea for state help in building more classroom space.

Phoenixville Area Schools

Schuylkill Elementary located in Phoenixville, PA had an upper and lower Elementary School. The Phoenixville Area School District wanted to consolidate the two to better utilize the site. They had to choose one to stay open while the other would be rebuilt big enough for both.

Philadelphia Parent Child

The Philadelphia Parent Child Development Center, one of the oldest Head Start organizations in Philadelphia, needed to expand and upgrade their existing school in their North Philadelphia neighborhood. The organization was faced with a long waiting list and, as a community improvement organization, they wanted to accommodate all who sought assistance.

Nottingham Country Day Care

Headley Brothers, LLC, owned an undeveloped property in the growing rural area of Nottingham, PA. While considering development opportunities, they discovered there was a need for day care services in the area so they created Nottingham Country Day School (NCDS).

Cheltenham School District

The School District of Cheltenham Township is located in Montgomery County, PA with seven schools in the District and have produced some famous alumni, one of which is Reggie Jackson.

Lakewood City School District

Lakewood, Ohio is a beautiful lakefront community, experiencing significant growth in population, with over 57,000 residents. It is also home to an award winning school system. The Lakewood City School in Cleveland, Ohio is a 41,000 sq. ft. facility designed and constructed by Mobilease. The building is serving as a temporary school on the same site as a new school is under construction.

Rock Creek Community Academy

Rock Creek Community Academy (RCCA) was founded in Sellersburg, IN as a church affiliated K-12 school in 1978. Facing sudden enrollment declines due to the failing economy, the board petitioned the State of Indiana to establish RCCA as a publicly funded charter which opened for the 2010-11 school year.
